Rio Grande Credit union is a disappointment, the staff is rude regardless of the type of transaction you are doing. Rene said he was a manager and still refused to help me. We have had a business account for 7 years and have never had a check returned but somehow I still have to have a 2 day hold placed on depositing checks. He told me if it was a cashiers check it would be different so I went and had it converted to a cashiers check and the answer was the same.
