Today i called to get my balance. RGCU's automatic telephone system was down. I was able to finally talk to a really rude employee. Not a good experience.

My dad's been banking here for five years. He's in a Albuquerque Genesis rehabilitation center now and currently immobile. He's been there for two months and they need him to pay his bill now. Rio Grande randomly flagged his account as I went to use his card at a local BofA I have also used his card at to get ballance or make withdraws. I have been using my dad's card for him for years and helped to set his account up. There is no reason they should've flagged his account for me using his card at all!!!
