My debit card isn't working after some girl issued me a new one, and the tellers don't know anything and keeps saying it will work at 4:30. After they are closed. So i will be in tomorrow again for the 3rd time. just for a debit card. Horrible experience with the bank lately. {4th visit Finally got it working thank you Rio Grande Credit Union. }
Had a problem they got rectified in a very professional manner she was awesome if there was $6 I'd give her six stars. Sarai is amazing. Also Rebecca Gutierrez branch manager was also awesome I will continue banking here because of these people thank you very much $6 for Rebecca also
