Horrible credit union. I came in today to simply open a savings account. The staff was very nice and respectful. However the policies of the credit union is too invasive. I bring my driver's licenses, passport, social security card, and birth certificate. I also had my name and address. The credit union told me that I needed to show a phone bill with the address on it or my lease. What if I was living with an family members and bills weren't in my name?? This policy is so crazy and doesn't make sense when I am simply opening... read more
