I was having major problems with my gears and my bike chain fell completely off on a ride the Saturday after Christmas. It was 10 minutes before they closed, but I called anyway to see what their hours were. Nate answered and said they were technically closed, but to come anyway and he'd be happy to look at my bike. Called to get a flat repaired on my e bike Saturday afternoon. Was told to come over and they repaired it right away at a reasonable price. Great service!
Del Norte deserves a cool shop like this. There are so many fantastic mountain bike trails in the area and having a shop to support that community matters. And here's this chill place to hang out while competent mechanics get you squared away with repairs, a demo, gear or maybe just watch some Premier League.
Hands down my favorite bike shop. The shop perfectly toes the line of a non-pretentious laid back vibe while still providing top notch professional bike service. I purchased a bike from the shop at a competitive price and will keep coming back for anything bike related.
