Rinkside Sports is absolutely fantastic! Their customer service is truly top-notch, and they genuinely go above and beyond to help their customers. Ricky, in particular, is outstanding! He takes the time to understand what your kid needs and helps you find exactly the right equipment without making the process overwhelming. Stood there in front of the counter for a good couple of minutes (need to see if they have my size on the Flylite skates) and three of the employees behind the counter just chatting and acted like I wasn’t even there. I really drove 40 miles for a shit level service LoL.
Came in on Saturday 3/28 to look for figure skates for my girlfriend and met Ricky! Ricky got her perfectly sized and answered all of our questions. No pressure from Ricky to buy anything either which I liked. They ended up having her size in stock which is a huge plus. I asked about some hockey gear and he’s just a wealth of knowledge all the way around. Thanks for the great hospitality!
Easily the best pro shop at an ice rink in the Tampa area..and hell maybe entire world for all I know. There is the occasional poor blade sharpening experience but 9 times out of 10 it is bang on. Guys are all hockey guys and pleasant to interact with. And the money you can save by spending money in here is always a nice little bonus. Can't say enough good things. Thanks guys
