Ordered a mahogany Simpson door in August 2024. Door installation was completed in July 2025. Communication issues, order issues, warehouse issues, misaligned bore holes, visible screws on a door that will be stained, months of delays to get answers, and refusal to replace the door. Thanks to Rings End and its distributor Brosco, my contractor abandoned me and I am left with a high-priced failure of a door install. Stay away from Rings End when buying new doors!

On May 12th, we ordered a set of doorbells for our front doors. They were on display with all the other hardware they sell. They do not carry anything in store and consider everything they sell in the aisles, a "special order" even though it's straight from the catalog and nothing is custom ordered to your size or liking.
