Frustrating and scammy encounter with sales representatives at the High Ridge store. Force me to pay for the same purchase twice because the terminal would not print receipt. Promised, guaranteed, and sweared to remove charges and of course did not. Bank should help take care of this issue - and whether they are plainly scamming customers or if they are just incompetent at the job - the fact of the matter remains.
