Awful. Can’t go through they don’t answer the phone awful. Service
Not my doctors but was my mothers. Some of the staff are rude and obnoxious. And the doctors are liars. They told my mother they would ring back or do tests, this never happened. Avoid at all cost
This GP is horrible. I called in the morning 328 times, my phones showed me. Nobody picked up the phone, impossible to contact them. This is a real ignorance of patients, like nobody works at this reception? Would be simple to treat people in time instead of ignorance or sending them to the A&E. This is the reason Nhs does not work in UK. Useless, unprofessional, careless people are at reception whose do not care and do their job. This is reportable.
