Went in yesterday looking around, the blonde workers demeanor was not welcoming one bit! She seemed very bothered when I had entered the store, which isn’t a great look for the store. It very much appeared she was bossing the other girl around and not doing the work herself. The blonde girl needs a lot of training on customer service especially since this is a small business.
Bought a hat, and asked for a reshape. It was an older style RCA, came back the next day to pick it up and they did a perfect job. Exactly what I was looking for. Will be back again for some new boots.
One of the best western wear stores in town. The owner and his staff are awesome and very friendly! Our place for hat shaping and cleaning! So many cute clothes! Going back for my Rodeo outfit!
