I visited Rina a few weeks ago with severe pain and very restricted movement in my shoulder. She was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice on how to potentially avoid it in the future whilst giving me possibly the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. I had one session and still had some pain (to be expected) but my range of movement is much improved. I'm already booked for a second appointment and will tell anyone who will listen to book with Rina.
I visited Rina today for a 90 min massage, the best i have ever had and believe me i’ve had a few, she certainly knows how to massage i wouldn’t go anywhere else now i’ve been here 😃
Such an amazing massage, my whole body feels amazing now! One of the best I've ever had. Rina knew exactly how much pressure to apply, was very warm and welcoming, and the environment was sparkling clean and relaxing. Definitely will go again!
10/10 highly Recommend. I Had bad knee and back pain, after going to see Rina the pain and tension is now non existent. I’ve seen Rina twice so far and I will continue to be going regularly, lovely atmosphere and peaceful surroundings, by far the best massage I’ve had great job! Going back to the gym I feel in perfect condition! With no more tension or pain didn’t I’ve been to others and they just can’t compete specially for the price 🙏🙏
My first ever massage, i didn’t really know what to expect! Rina made me feel so relaxed and welcome! But when the massage came… she really put sooo much strength into it, my muscles definitely felt it afterwards in a good way!!! I always thought my shoulder’s were the issue- Rina explained how its all linked - lower back is where it starts! Will keep going, felt amazing after
