I needed a new pair of glasses before my trip, and I was in a time crunch. Rims and Goggles of Berkeley team assured me that I would get them done in time, and they definitely did! Superb customer service, everyone I talked to on the phone and met in person was incredibly helpful. Shout out to Carol, who was super friendly and sweet. She made sure my new glasses were fit and comfortable to wear, even made a little adjustment that I wasn't aware I actually needed. glasses look interesting -- may benefit from stating that they are Appointment Only on all days, not just Monday.
Crystal and Carol greeted me warmly and were very friendly. They fixed my pair of old glasses very efficiently and at no charge. I would recommend going there to purchase glasses or to fix yours!
