I am not an easy person when it comes to frames. After 120 hours of looking and searching, I destroyed my glasses while flying from Florida to Berkeley. I came into the store and Lisa was so patient and caring she had my old lenses trimmed and put into a budget frame so I could see and then found 5 gorgeous frames that fit my huge head and in 30 minutes accomplished more than I had in a month. I forgot to post this last Summer but as someone painfully new to the world of glasses, I was very impressed by the professionalism and patience from the Rims & Goggles team. Lisa was warmly welcoming with honed expertise, Crystal made beautiful selections for me to explore and decide between and Carol did an amazing job adjusting my sunglasses - I've never had eyewear fit me so beautifully and comfortably, especially as I'm prone to migraines.
