We bought 12 Gree units from the HVAC contractor who bought them from Riley Sales. Within a month and a half 4 out of the 12 units were having problems, a 5th unit stopped working all together for a bit and the contractor is saying the problem is the Gree products, and Riley sold the contractor the units.
