We told this law firm over a year ago not to contact our HOA again. Despite that, they’re still sending unsolicited messages directly to our board. This is aggressive, unprofessional, and borders on harassment. If this is how they try to get clients, by ignoring clear requests to stop, they don’t deserve your business. We’re filing a complaint with the California State Bar. The owner is a coward and hung up when I informed him over the phone.
