We used Riley to upgrade our panel after I found water intrusion during a storm. They came right out and gave a quote and had it in that week. A few months later a tree came down of the power lines, and they came right out and fixed the weather head and some other part. I'd highly recommend them.
Riley upgraded my generator a few years back from a 7.5 K to a 10K system and did an excellent job. I specifically asked them to keep the old transfer switch, installed by someone else over 12 years ago, to save some money. Well, the transfer switch failed this past spring by not transferring power back from the utility when the power outage was corrected. That’s not on Riley. That’s on me for being penny wise and pound foolish. I called Riley to come out and look at it. They did within days and the tech was professional and... read more
