My grandma had sent me money and told me to call them to verify somethings and the lady Christy was absolutely rude, telling me basically I am stupid for not knowing directions to Wakefield when I have never been there before. Very very disrespectful I was kindly trying to get info on what I needed to bring with me to pick it up and she was very rude.
