I came in stiff as a Bunnings shovel and left looser than a thong strap after a surf session. Rigs Palmy has me feeling like I should be sponsored by Red Bull or at least allowed to park in athlete spots. The sauna is hotter than a Gold Coast summer and the ice bath had me questioning all my life decisions... in a good way. If you're body’s cooked, these legends will un-cook ya. 🥶

Riggs Recovery Bundall is excellent with great staff and fantastic facilities. The new dry sauna is a terrific addition to their range of services and I can't recommend this place highly enough.
