Super kind staff and brilliant facility!
I had recently booked a “HBOT” treatment. Disappointed with firstly, the lack of knowledge of the staff member administering the treatment and secondly the false information on the website about the equipment in the centre. The hyperbaric chamber does not supply oxygen therefore the apparatus is only a mHBT. Upgrade your chamber to administer oxygen then it will give some therapeutic benefits.
I had such a beautiful experience here largely thanks to Jasmine (& Meg who I spoke with on the phone previously!) She was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived and made us feel completely at ease. We originally only intended to try it once or twice but after how well she explained everything and how patient and caring she was we both ended up purchasing packages. Thanks for such a great experience ladies!
Meg made my experience completely seamless. It was my first time and I had a lot of questions, so we spent quite a bit of time on the phone going through everything. She was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. I never felt rushed and I’m so grateful for her help and couldn’t have asked for a better first experience.
Ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming and helpful. Thanks guys love coming in from time to time
