I'm frustrated with the lack of flexibility the RightCapital customer service team has to address billing issues. When I made an inquiry the just sent me an email referencing the terms and conditions. Makes me feel like just a number.

As a long term actuary and new financial planner, this software is what I've been dreaming of for years. So many times I've discovered a new feature and say to myself "that's just what I was hoping for. As a newb, I've had some challenges figuring out how to model some scenarios, but my experience with absolutely everyone I've dealt with at RightCaptial has been "top notch"! Horrible communication, poor customer service, price gouging, and management asks for proof but then follows up with pathetic excuses. As a subscriber for almost the past 5 years, my recommendation is to use a competitor (e.g. MoneyGuide or eMoney) as RightCapital has become greedy since they're the lowest price at the moment. The upgrades have been complete garbage and RightCapital uses this as a pretense to extort money from their loyal subscribers. I hope the greed costs them in the future.
