Terrible communication. Wouldn't give me any leeway when the person who hit me went MIA. I got told I have a week to get his insurance information but they came and took the car away after 3 days. Don't bother with these guys, especially ?James who was extremely unempathetic on the phone
So friendly and accommodating. Met me at the repairers to drop the vehicle off to me. They are pursuing Coles to get the money for the hire vehicle. My car was hit by a Coles Trolley collection truck.
