Brilliant experience. Brittney was so helpful and made the process of a replacement vehicle so easy
Terrible customer service. I contacted them for a car replacement and was promised to get a call back for a confirmation. They failed to do so despite me following up via the phone. In the end, I went with another company who was able to confirm within 2 days. Not recommended this service because they don't carr about their customers.
