Fantastic team! I was able to have a rental car within the first week of an accident that involved my vehicle with seamless effort. Regan, who delivered the car, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was very honest about what to expect in regards to having a rental car. There was one communication issue on my end, however the Right2Drive team resolved it in a very quick and professional manner. Highly recommend if you are ever in a position of needing a rental car, they are always happy to help!

Avoid these unprofessional and time wasting trolls. I made an online application for a hire vehicle, a lady called me and she confirmed my datails, OK we will let you know. I waited several days so I called back because I understood that Right 2 Drive was not dealing with my application. I spoke to a very confused and misleading representative who could not give me a straight reason why they could not give me a hire vehicle. You have a scooter, we don't have scooter. A singular term to describe my experience with Right2Drive would be: effortless. The rent car was delivered right to my doorstep and the graceful being (Tim) even patiently waited for 30 minutes until my arrival. Tim was spectacular, he cleared out all the legalities and generalities of the process. Tim's relaxed demeanour dissipated any queries I had regarding the procedures. My car was towed by these guys and returned with dents on the bonnet and scratches. It was taken to Dandenong where the damage was done at their work shop. Once the car went to the second work shop they provided photos with damage. There was no damage to the front of my car and when I recieved my car back there was a dent in my hood? Right2Drive is by for one of the top customer experiences I have ever had during my 38 years of living. Over the 5 months I had their cars the staff were incredibly friendly and I legitimately didn’t have to do anything myself. The cars were swapped over for me, always delivered to my door and picked up. They were always clean as a whistle and running mostly flawlessly, I even had a Mercedes for a while which was a nice treat (even though I hated it 😂).
