The process for acquiring the vehicle is pretty straight forward. Once it's accepted that you are not at fault in an accident, right2drive takes all the background work and get the vehicle ready by the time we are ready to drop our vehicle for repairs. The communication was phenomenal both by the person who organise all these and on the day of picking up the vehicle, they come to the place, do required paper works (5-10 minutes) and done, the replacement car is ready and we are with another car in no time. I have used their service for the 3rd time. It was easy to and quick to apply. Receiving and returning the vehicle is easy and flexible too.
Best experience ever, car got dropped off and picked up at my convenience , such a bad experience with budget direct but R2D were perfect… I would recommend them to everyone.
