Within 3 hours of submitting my request on a Friday afternoon I had my hire car delivered to me. Excellent service & super easy to submit a claim.
Used these guys when i got rear ended. They delivered the car to the smash repairs place 10 minutes after i dropped my car off and picked up the car when mine was ready from the same place. Super convenient! Thanks!
What an absolute ridiculous mess of a business!!! All the while I was on hold this morning chasing up my hire car, they boasted on 5 star service and how they get people back on the road fast. 30 mins after my car was meant to meet me at the smash repairs and I am still sitting here clueless on when someone will arrive..... I have work very soon. No body bothered to call me to tell me times will even vary!!!! Absolute joke!!! 1 star rating from me
