Will definitely recommend their services for accidental car hire
Martha from their related company 'redwood services' is terribly rude, doesn't understand the law and attempts to bully clients into thinking they've done something wrong, not at all the tone of a company that is meant to be on your side. Absolutely disgusting.
I had an accident in the morning and by the after i had a Right2Drive vehicle. Thanks for you quick, curtious and professonal service.
The service was very good and the car was delivered to my house within 24 hours which was very helpful. My only negative so far is that I don’t think the replacement car I received is ‘like for like’ and is a lot smaller than my damaged car.
