Wow! I have never dealt with such amazing customer service as I have when dealing with Abdul over the phone and Vittorio who assisted with bringing the vehicle to my home while I await the claim process. I couldn’t recommend this team enough they truly care about you and getting you back on the road safely and in a timely manner. Thank you both for your amazing effort in assisting me. I would’ve been lost in this area of things when it came to getting a hire car without you guys.
Thanks to right 2 drive for the service provided while my car was getting repaired. Car was replaced with a like for like car, they dropped it off and picked it up from the repair shop so I didn't have to run around trying to get to a hire car place. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Justin Norton
Vittorio was a pleasure to deal with, dropping the car off to Mandurah for me the same day I had put in an application and also being accommodating with when I needed it collected, made my week while waiting for insurance to pay out my claim very stress free with still being able to get my kids to school and me to work 10 out of 10 would recommend and would definitely use these guys again if I needed too
As a refferer, i wouldnt reccomend right2drive, staff are very friendly just to get customers, once you sign with them they hit customers with hidden charges.
Awful customer service. Staff were unhelpful, rude, and made the whole process frustrating. Wouldn’t rent here again.
