I was involved with a crash and deemed not at fault. Right to drive reached out and "arranged a vehicle for me" when i went to collect they said that because i was the at "fault driver" i couldnt get a car. Not being at fault this was annoying but my insurance deemed I was not at fault and arranged a car. Right 2 drive then repeatedly sent the bill for a car hire of $8000 dollars for the other person involved in the crash (who was deemed by insurance to be at fault). what a fantastic service. Only work on your part is supplying insurance details. They delivered the car to the repair shop where i was dropping of my car when I was dropping off my car. Didnt know when the repair would be finished, no problem. Found out repair was finished and could pick car up that afternoon. Just contacted them and they came and picked the car up from the repair shop. All i had to do was make sure petrol tank was full. Brilliant service. Made my life very simple.
I was rear-ended, and my husband recommended this service. It was very efficient and helpful, and the cars were of excellent quality. They delivered and picked up the car at my desired location, which made everything so convenient. Blair was especially informative and supportive throughout the process. Friendly advice. Don't hire the car from them. This company is a scam. They will chase you back if they can not get the money from other party insurance even if you have done the right thing from the beginning
I was with Right2drive for a 2 month period when my car was not working, during this time one of the tyres popped due to a nail in the road, they told me to go pay it upfront and get reimbursed, no mention of maybe replacing it for me, being the good human I am I paid for it, and I’ve been chasing them on the reimbursement for nearly 3 months now, complaining my documents I’ve sent are unclear, ignoring me for weeks on end. Not a company I’ll be going back to, and definitely won’t be recommending to anyone
