Booked in online a replacement car after an accident. When called by an agent. He told me he can't help me and hung up mid sentance on me and cancelled my request. Terrible customer service. Will not use again.
Great service!! I had an accident during the weekend and they delivered the car to my house on Sunday morning. The application was super easy and the advised provided was great!! Jake was great delivering the car and explaining everything!!! Awesome company!!

An excellent experience with kind, professional and helpful people. Having a car accident isn’t fun, and dealing with Right 2 Drive has been the only part of the experience that has NOT been stressful. Elisha in the call centre was extremely helpful and really went above and beyond to help me out with a hire car on the same day, when the repair people told me that the repairs would take a week.
