This company should be called the WRONG WAY TRANSPORTATION.BUS been late for two weeks straight.I guarantee the kids are missing breakfast.Bus number, driivers and pick up stop keep getting switched.Hot mess!!!!!
This company is so unreliable that they have issues every other day. From buses getting stuck to mechanical failures to drivers literally driving by and completely ignoring the fact your child is outside standing in the cold. I have never seen a more unreliable bus service for students than Right way. Their phone service is also so unprofessional and so unresponsive that they keep you on hold for over 20 minutes and then literally hang up on you to avoid having to explain themselves. I had no problems with this company until they switched drivers from Ms. C. last week the driver wasn't picking up my kid in the morning and dropping her off really late. Now it's another new driver not dropping her off at the right stop, lying about coming to the stop in the morning. Then telling the kids they getting on his nerves as they get off because he has to do his job and come to the right stop instead of dropping them off somewhere else like he wanted to. They are a joke they leave your child, forget bout your child,pull up when they want too, leave when they want too, or never show up, i wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. I hate her school changed the busses from last year.
Update: the bus drivers can’t even be trusted to keep your kids safe as they let my child and their cousin get off the bus after everyone had been loaded on WITH NO SCHOOL OR PARENTAL PERMISSION, just a 7&9 year old asking, and wander off. Whole company is a mess. I don’t know how they’re being trusted to transport small children and have no clue what they’re doing
