Very unprofessional drivers and dispatch as well. Either late or too early. The pick up and drop off times don’t ever be right. Rude bus drivers who make their own rules. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
Whoever was driving school bus 14 almost side swiped me by turning across three lanes of traffic with no turn signal or looking, and when I drove past him, he had his phone up on the steering wheel texting on it.
The worst bus company ever they have since aug to get the route figured out it’s winter n they still are late by 20/30 mins or they don’t show or if they just drive pass the stop they won’t even come back n pick the kids up
I wish I can give them 0 stars. Rightway Transportation is VERY unprofessional and rude. Their Drivers would skip stops. Ease on by my house so they didn’t have to pick up my daughter. And this is because the owner had an issue with my family member. He would tell his driver to do ignorant things. This led to me having to call dispatch and having them to come back and get her. SMH. If I could give this Bus company a -0 I would! It is by far the worst transportation company ever! They lack communication, they constantly change route times, Bus numbers in the nerve to not communicate! Very unprofessional!! I wish my kids school could get out this contract!
