If they could get zero stars they would. Pick up time 7:00am 1st day driver came at 7:47 yesterday he came at 7:17 the stop is off Euclid the school is off Euclid somehow he ended up on Richmond Rd the kids didn’t get to school til after 8:00am. Today they claim a different driver did the route and came at 6:58 mind you we were out there at 6:50 the driver has no clue what he’s doing and dispatch could care less . 0/10 do not recommend.
Why did the bus driver leave my child on the corner a 7 year old to figure it out ? Why wasn’t I called or anything thank the parents it’s take a village to call the school to reach me I was at the wrong stop all it took was for that driver to care enough to call and she didn’t ! I never experienced this shit my baby was crying traumatize yall need to do better with the people yall hire we as parents trusting yall with our children and that was the worst mistake
Very unprofessional drivers and dispatch as well. Either late or too early. The pick up and drop off times don’t ever be right. Rude bus drivers who make their own rules. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
Whoever was driving school bus 14 almost side swiped me by turning across three lanes of traffic with no turn signal or looking, and when I drove past him, he had his phone up on the steering wheel texting on it.
The worst bus company ever they have since aug to get the route figured out it’s winter n they still are late by 20/30 mins or they don’t show or if they just drive pass the stop they won’t even come back n pick the kids up
