Their Billing Department leaves a lot to be desired. I've been trying to update my card information for about 10 months, and every time I try to do so, the "SHOP-PAY" app they use, won't text the six digit verification code to my cell phone....a phone number I've had for nearly 26 years. One day a lady called me while I was away on a visit 25 miles from home. She told me I could re-set up my account if I continued to have trouble. Unfortunately I found out the hard way all they protect is the monthly payments for doing nothing. I recommend finding a different insurance company that actually defends your right to bare arms in the state of North Carolina.

purchased a membership here. had it for a year. when it came time to renew, i completely forgot about it because i havent needed to use it. They tried to charge my credit card but it didnt go through due to insufficient funds. They called me, and asked if i wanted to use a different payment method. I told them thank you, but I wont be renewing. Since that conversation, they have tried to charged my card 4 more times. I had to call my bank to get a new credit card and now have to switch all of my recurring bills on that card ... read more
