I signed up for a Right to Bear class yesterday evening in Richmond Hill GA, and the instructor never showed up. I'm a disabled veteran and I don't drive for medical reasons and I asked a friend of mine to take me there and he was going to come back and pick me up after the class was done. Needless to say that I wasted $200 for the round trip, and both me and my friend's time. Their Billing Department leaves a lot to be desired. I've been trying to update my card information for about 10 months, and every time I try to do so, the "SHOP-PAY" app they use, won't text the six digit verification code to my cell phone....a phone number I've had for nearly 26 years. One day a lady called me while I was away on a visit 25 miles from home. She told me I could re-set up my account if I continued to have trouble. Unfortunately I found out the hard way all they protect is the monthly payments for doing nothing. I recommend finding a different insurance company that actually defends your right to bare arms in the state of North Carolina.
