They charge you regardless of if they can fix the problem or not... customer service wasnt bad but they also didnt reach out to let me know the condition of my phone until I called back.. they can be better in my opnion if they work on that everything else is fine, the place is neat and organized and they seem to know what theyre doing overall.
I went to get my phone fixed due to water that got on my phone and I couldn’t see my screen. They offered to fix it but didn’t disclose the screen was not an iPhone screen that they would use. Didn’t even give me that as an option. They didn’t fix the phone as I still had issues with the screen and instead I even had some new issues. Poor service, poor communication, cheap parts Got my iPhone fixed but didn’t tell me my phone had cheap parts My phone now gets hot faster and drains my battery quickly too I can’t zoom in on my screen and they told me I have to pay extra to do that I asked for a screen replacement not a downgrade Mal servicio, mala comunicación, repuestos baratos. Visited today..idk if it is the owner or an employee but my man was super chill and helped me out with my sons phone . Haven't gotten it back yet because a few tweeks .But treated me with respect and I'll have a beer with the guy if I could.
