My biggest feedback is the company needs to closely monitor these therapist because they cut corners and call out all the time! My son had several teachers, but the only one who was 100% with her commitment and effort was Nicole Chin. She is worth 5 stars!! Some other teachers like speech virtual with Olga was also great and helped my son tremendously. I had a great experience with my service coordinators, first Katherine then Gabriella. But he had some very questionable ABA teachers at some point who called out 2-3 times a ... read more

My son has been receiving services for about half a year so far. Our service coordinator Tatyana S. has been such a huge help during this process. She is patient, understanding, and has gone above and beyond trying to help us find providers. It is not easy and I hear the frustration from other parents who have had to wait a long time in order to get matched with someone, and sometimes that provider is not even any good.
