Still dealing with them now worst company makes threats to me about my payments got a deferment because the last place I got my oil change didn’t put my oil pan plug back in so I blew my engine. Took Walmart 2 months to fix my car so. Asked for a deferment now they threatened to reverse it and that my account is in jeopardy. This is the worst place to ever get a loan! Stay away from them. So UN-professional, and pathetic. I wish I never got this car! I got cancer, and lost my job. been paying on this car for over 2 years, and they act like their power is getting shut off. I’ll never get another car through them ever again. This is the worst company I’ve ever gotten a car loan through.
This company is very rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the high interest rate. My job cut our hours because it's our slow season. I called to inform them of this and to see if they could help me in lowering my payment. All I was receiving was unemployment @ $125 a week. They said no! I can surrender the car but I'll still be liable for the balance. I wasn't trying to do that, all I wanted was some help with the payment. Hell all other banks or so forth will do this why not them.
