This is the worst place to ever get a loan! Stay away from them. So UN-professional, and pathetic. I wish I never got this car! I got cancer, and lost my job. been paying on this car for over 2 years, and they act like their power is getting shut off. I’ll never get another car through them ever again. This is the worst company I’ve ever gotten a car loan through.
This company is very rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the high interest rate. My job cut our hours because it's our slow season. I called to inform them of this and to see if they could help me in lowering my payment. All I was receiving was unemployment @ $125 a week. They said no! I can surrender the car but I'll still be liable for the balance. I wasn't trying to do that, all I wanted was some help with the payment. Hell all other banks or so forth will do this why not them. Absolutely terrible service all around! Forget about ever getting in contact with who you need because they will constantly hang up on you, send you to a voicemail or claim they'll call back and never do. Customer service reps that I came in contact with ALL had an attitude. How they still have jobs when they claim to record the calls is beyond me. Horrible staff, horrible service, would never recommend to anyone.
