I rarely write reviews of companies, but I felt compelled to do so with Right Price Car Rentals. I had a family emergency and had to return home early, and Right Price Car Rentals was incredibly compassionate and accommodating throughout. They handled everything smoothly and made a stressful situation so much easier. If anyone has doubts about renting with a smaller company, let them go—they are legit and truly care about their customers! From start to finish they offered a wonderful, personalized experience.

We rented a car from right price rental and the process was super easy. We would be picking up the car outside of business hours and all the paperwork was done online and we were provided with codes to the lockbox containing the keys. Very good price and easy process. Will definitely use them again.

Easy pick up and a pristine car. Really good price. Although not based at the airport it was easy to get there, get the key and drive off. Drop off just as easy. No hassle getting our deposit back either. Overall great. Definitely will use them again.

We rented a Renault Koleos for 2 weeks recently and picked up/dropped off outside of business hours. The car was clean and very spacious, and great for 4 adults and a 3-month baby. The team also arranged a car seat for our daughter’s 3-month-old. All throughout communication and service provided by their team was exemplary. I rented a car for 9 days from these guys and I honestly couldn't fault the service. The process of booking the vehicle and arranging after hours pickup was seamless, even from interstate, and when i needed to talk to one of their team communication was always prompt and professional. I was impressed that they offered a much lower price (by about 40%), much better value and flexibility than any of the car hire companies based at the airport terminal, well worth the 5 minute taxi trip to their premises.
