I never got school photos and reading the reviews I doubt I'll get them
Re: Purchasing school photos for 6 years now for 2 children What we finally got regarding what the other reviews and customers are saying: Horrible customer service, basically yelling at a customer who is lost in the new system since they implemented online shopping. After I talked him down, he makes the excuse that he had a horrible morning of customer dealings— well guess what, person you are talking to is taking care of a few youngsters while sick and you just yelled her ear off. Grad packages are too expensive. Bad.
My experience with this company is ridiculous. First off their pricing is terrible and second, my child had school photos and they were terrible. I was told by numerous people they used a green screen, well the company is saying they did not. Their backgrounds are extremely dated. My child was washed out in the decent image and they refused to change it. I spend good money on these photos and they send the image I didn’t want. Their customer service is horrible.
