Esmeralda was a wonderful tax prepare! She called me to see if I had any other documentation that I might have forgot to give to her. And sure enough I did forget to and some,so I sent them as fast as I could. I will definitely be using Esmeralda and Right Choice tax services. Thank you again!
I’ve been getting my taxes done here for years, most recently with Mrs. Esmeralda. However, the way a recent refund issue has been handled by the team here has been very disappointing. I was charged twice for a tax preparation fee. After bringing it to their attention, they acknowledged the error and issued a refund check. The check was sent without tracking, ended up being returned, and has now been sitting with their office for 5 days with no update or reissue.
