Pls do not make a mistake on booking this car rental. I booked thru Priceline for $28. Priceline has been true to charges but not this one. This company charged us $319.99 after we returned the car. $200 for supplemental liability protection we did not ask for or add with rental. We complained with Priceline but they can't do anything about this because this car rental supplemental liability protection is compulsory according to them. This was truly the worst car rental experience of my entire life. You don’t save that much money and do triple the work. Shuttles take forever to get to you. If you are flying into FL airport, you get to cross an intersection with your luggage. Then you don’t get a real person, you get a screen with a new virtual assistant. We had to argue with her that her little system was telling my sister she was too young to be put as a driver in the car because her licenses says she’s only 9. We rented a car for vacation and when we got here, we had to pay an additional $700 on top of what we’ve already reserved and paid. Do not come to this place. Also, you do not get to talk to a real person you get to talk to a computer screen
Prepaid a reservation for 330 in a package. Their shuttle took forever to pick us up from the airport, so we were 90 min late, no fault of ours. They reassigned the car and left us stranded with no options nor refund. AVOID
Can I give it less than one star? This place is a joke! It's not even a business. Somebody interacts with you through a screen from who knows what location. They don't disclose when it charge you more.
