ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!👎🏻 We reserved a car for insanely cheap through Priceline for this company, “$5 a day for five days” and was charged by Priceline a total of $27.74. Only to get to the sketchy location and be told it is an additional $775!!!!!!!!! $500 being a refundable deposit. Also, to make things worse there was NO ONE working in the pick up location, it was all through a zoom call… Seems like a scam to us because they wo... read more
I wish I could leave a zero review. Never ever rent from this place. They are bogus and a rip off. They tried to force me to take their insurance telling me ththe state requires it which is a total lie. I went to budget instead and didn't have any issues. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
I would give zero stars to this company if I could. This car rental company uses unfair and deceptive trade practices. They claim that your car insurance does not provide the coverage they require even though it is clearly stated on your insurance declaration page. This adds $19.99 a day to your rental. On top of this, they break the law by not providing you with a rental agreement. I returned the car and they still will not provide me with an invoice. This company should be shut down.
Very deceiving

They also never gave us our money back when we decided to walk away. From the start this place look... read more
