The car smelled like a dirty gym locker, poor to no customer service, 😕 parts of the car were broken, stains on every interior service, damage all over the car. The attendant at the facility doesn't speak English and is rude... stay away do not recommend
Online-only operation with inconsistent support and surprise charges. Feels more like a bait-and-switch than a legit rental. Read every line of the fine print twice before booking or better yet, go elsewhere. Scam tactics galore. Whether you know it now, later or never, you’re going to get ripped off by this company. I can’t imagine they will exist much longer with these practices.
Total scam. Avoid like the plague. I never review anything online but feel obligated to warn everyone. We had a mechanical issue and the car wouldn't start. They told us it was our responsibility to get the car towed to their place (which is a sketchy office with only virtual customer service). Said if we didn't get the car to them it would be considered abandoned. They said it wasn't their responsibility because I was renting it. You would think since we had issues with the car they rented us they would try to help.
DO NOT book this service. I don’t care how cheap they look online it is a scam and there are hidden fees. For starters they charge to “verify” your insurance which they don’t tell you despite what they say. They also are going to charge you tolls even if you pay by plate with the state. I too thought I would try them for that good of price but those extra fees don’t make it cheaper.
I was completely misled. Renting a car from this company was a huge mistake. Despite having my own insurance, additional charges were added without my clear consent and without proper explanation. What was verbally explained at the counter does not match what later appeared on my credit card statement. This either shows extreme unprofessionalism or a deliberately misleading business practice.
