Since I started working at Right at Home, they have made me feel like a member of the family. I also, find that the company goes over above their duty of care to all clients and staff alike to ensure that the duty of care provided across the board is always at the heart of what we do and stand for. I found that clients speak highly of the services/care that they receive from the company and that they also highly recommend the service to other friends and family members!
Ever since meeting Michael and Tracey Scott of Right at Home earlier this year, I’ve been very impressed with their unwavering commitment to not only delivering excellent care services for their clients in Mitcham, Streatham and Dulwich, but also taking very good care of their staff. I visited their offices in West Norwood and could see that the secret to their success is a happy workforce. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael, Tracey and the Right at Home team.
I'm blown away by what Right at Home Mitcham do for their clients. I had a meeting earlier on this week with the team to discuss how they help clients, etc. I was told they have a special 'Make a Wish' in house fund to help clients feel more valuable and cared for🥲 From looking at other in home care companies, they have been the most caring and kind in-home care service I've dealt with locally. Certainly a cut above the rest!
