If I could unshade this 1 start i would, but i couldn't leave a review without hitting at least 1. I worked for 2-3 months, at the branch in Lexington, KY. I have worked in many fields and even with unprofessional employees and employers, too. But this place with these people are the ultimate most unprofessional, forever never taking accountability, multiple personalities, lying and sneaky "people" I've ever worked for and with. I have to go to court in a couple of weeks because R@H is suing the caregiver for working with me after she left. They think she stole me from them but, she was the only reason I stayed. She did the real work and the people in the office kept screwing things up. Once she left, I wasn't going to stick around after their other caregivers put my daughter in jeopardy and did over $5k in damages to my house because the caregiver locked herself out of the house. Although I have not worked directly with Right at Home in the Middle Tennessee healthcare market for very long; I have been in this area for 14 years and see lots of very high quality people all around the world associated with RAH and have seen only the most professional, highest integrity, actions to properly deal with situations, concerns, and issues without cutting corners. I have always highly recommended RAH.
