We used RAH out if Columbia MO for quite a while. Year and a half? Towards the end of our time with them became very difficult. One of the caregivers wore inappropriate attire with breasts showing and that took a turn fir the worse with that caregiver. One guy git stuck in a ditch, was gone from 730-1130pm and that left my husband alone. RAH told me we wouldn't be billed for those hours- we were. One caregiver abandoned him. I have to go to court in a couple of weeks because R@H is suing the caregiver for working with me after she left. They think she stole me from them but, she was the only reason I stayed. She did the real work and the people in the office kept screwing things up. Once she left, I wasn't going to stick around after their other caregivers put my daughter in jeopardy and did over $5k in damages to my house because the caregiver locked herself out of the house. This is my 3rd stint with R@H. 1st ended when they closed their doors... read more
