This is the worst law firm I have ever seen. I am a Legal Shield member, have been for a long time and I thought I had protection with them until I tried to use it. I just needed some advice for an accident settlement negotiation and opened a request for a consultation. They requested additional information and then never called me back. I settled on my own, what a waste of premiums! I am canceling my service and will just do a retainer with a legitimate law firm going forward.
From what I seen they tend to let go of there staff members for silly simple things instead of doing the proper training since it is a difficult subject. They also have people who want to play the manager roll but when hired on they are hired on as simple assistants. Definitely don’t recommend working for them. Very unprofessional.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I am usually not one to put negative reviews, but I wish I would’ve read these first. I also had the problem of not hearing back from my attorney in a timely manner after leaving numerous emails & voicemails. I also asked for a change in my decree which was not done, and persuaded my husband to get an attorney which escalated things. My final bill was doubled (in one month I was charged for the same amount of work done in 6 months). My husband ‘s lawyer was even disappointed in how long it took for my att... read more
