I had a ridiculously awful experience with the law firm and for the 3 claims, I needed help with, nothing, but nothing got resolved, not even an legal advice on what next steps could be, small claims, anything. I was not given any support, in fact, one attorney who just looked up in the system without context, tended to be rude about me filing a claim. I had to provide information over and over again. Unprofessional, disorganized, and rude. Clearly didn’t want to actually provide any work or have a productive conversation. Was assigned the attorney through LegalShield.
