This is the second year my wife and I have given Riggins an opportunity to file our personal and business taxes. This is the second year of them dropping the ball. Last year we were met with a letter from the IRS stating we had 21 days to submit documentation that was supposedly missed on our initial filing. Been going to Crosby/Riggins for taxes for years without a problem. For the second year in a row however, Aaron has been unresponsive, provides no information on eta or any communication for that matter. When asking the office for an update, their response was that they didn’t know where my documents were until discovering they’d been sitting for at least two weeks before being picked up to presumably continue to sit. He’s a nice guy, but is far too dismissive and unreliable. Cannot recommend.
Went the extra mile to get me taken care of .
