I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. My mom has dementia and progressively was getting worse. We were worried about her health and safety and finally made the hard decision to put her in a memory care facility. We did shop other facilities and ultimately chose Rigby Lake Memory Care for many reasons: cost, care, the activities, the rooms, and the great staff. I have nothing but praise for Alexis and the staff here at Rigby Lake Memory Care. Placing your loved one in a facility is truly taxing and can drain you unlike anything I have ever experienced. The staff here is patient and helpful every step along the way and if you are looking for a place for your loved one you would be doing yourself a disservice if you don't check this place out. I cannot express enough how wonderful the staff and Administrator, Alexis is! She walked me through this process from beginning to end and all in between. She was up many nights with me on the phone explaining to me what would happen and comforting me. The facility is very impressive. Its like a big"warm hug" of a home. I would 100% recommend Rigby Lake Memory Care to anyone!

Rigby Lake is a beautiful place for your loved one. Alexis and her staff are amazing to work with. They treat my aunt with care and compassion. They’re always looking for ways to make the tenants feel more comfortable and cared for. I definitely recommend Rigby Lake as a wonderful place to have your loved one cared for.
