I cannot express enough how wonderful the staff and Administrator, Alexis is! She walked me through this process from beginning to end and all in between. She was up many nights with me on the phone explaining to me what would happen and comforting me. The facility is very impressive. Its like a big"warm hug" of a home. I would 100% recommend Rigby Lake Memory Care to anyone!

Rigby Lake is a beautiful place for your loved one. Alexis and her staff are amazing to work with. They treat my aunt with care and compassion. They’re always looking for ways to make the tenants feel more comfortable and cared for. I definitely recommend Rigby Lake as a wonderful place to have your loved one cared for.

We recently moved our precious mother to Rigby Lake Memory Care. The Aministrator (Alexis) was absolutely kind, understanding and very accommodating to the needs of our mother. Entering the building there was an instant warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are at peace knowing she is taken good care of and in good hands. We would definitely recommend this facility for the care of your loved one!!

Rigby Lake is such a wonderful, clean, and welcoming community. It's a smaller facility, which gives it a warm, home-like feel, and allows for more personalized care. The staff and administrator are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to make sure the residents are comfortable and well cared for. It’s clear they genuinely care about the people who live there. Highly recommend Rigby Lake to anyone looking for a loving, supportive environment for their loved one.
