This is the second time in the last year Rig-ID has billed me for the monthly service of 12 hats and have not sent the hats. The last time was for 6 months worth of hats which they finally sent by piece milling them out and now we are at approximately 4 months worth of hats owed. I had asked them to send what they owe me and cancel the service last month. They have not and they just billed my credit card again. I do not recommend this company. Robert
