Went in today to get a cake for my son's birthday. We love Reisbecks cakes and usually get one for everyone's birthdays throughout the year. But, we will no longer be getting any more cakes from Reisbecks. First of all, the woman who tried to write Happy 13th Birthday made it look like I let my 13yr old himself write it. When she picked up the piping bag, old crusty dried up frosting flew out of the top of the bag and all over the cake. She didnt bother to remove it either, just proceeded to write over it. One of the cleanest store in the area and very seldom have to wait to check out. Prices are a little higher but not much.
Someone should really get the health department involved here. The amount of times I've done a "quick run" to Reisbeck's for a couple items, I get home only to discover nearly everything I paid good money for was OUTDATED. I know better now to check dates BEFORE purchase. All I wanted today, was a cheese, thin crust, digorno pizza. I wanted it so much I was willing to pay an outrageous $6+ for one.
