Love the shoes and great customer service
Today , the Wed , before Black Friday, I went with 4 friends to Paris...this is a favorite shoe store, and we like to go. Three of us had picked out and tried each two pairs of boots, and one friend found a purse. So apparently, only Friday was the discount for Black Friday...we are a short drive out of town, and the two girls working said we couldn't get a discount...they wouldn't contact the owner, to ask if it was possible. All of the workers here are lovely and constantly go above and beyond to help me whenever I am in the store. The manager Sydney is so kind and helpful, I got a pair of sneakers and LOTS of fun cozy socks here, 10/10 would recommend. Don’t listen to the 1 star reviews if you’re contemplating stopping in to check it out, DO IT!
I was excited to see the brand I used to buy back in Europe! Used to have several pairs of this brand and might buy more since I discovered this store in Canada!
This is a HORRIBLE UNDERHANDED COMPANY!!! I initially bought approximately 4 pairs of shoes & boots, at one time in Paris. Almost $1000.00 They sell you on ordering to ship for free with claims of FULL REFUND and if the product doesn’t fit, they all of a sudden charge $7.00 because of THEIR bank fees!!!
