Im slightly disappointed in this financial institution. As a business owner and member of the community I thought I would be getting more of a personal one on one experience when signing up for a Credit Union Account. Was I wrong. The only reason why I'm leaving two stars is because some of the associates are delightful and do their job well. In regards to trying to refinance my Auto loan, I was treated as a number on paper. I used to have a savings account here. I Never used it. I Had some money sitting in their. They closed my account and gave my money to the state cause I didn’t use it for a long time. It was set up for me when I was a kid. It Had 159 dollars in it. I have so many bank accounts I forgot I had this account. Until one day I saw the old paper work. I went to get my money they told me they closed it and gave it away. I don’t trust this bank after that.
