I emailed on Friday to have an arrangement delivered the same day for a very special person to me who is going through some tough times. I received a call from Ms. Cheryl and she was very apologetic that the primary flower was out of stock. If I could give no stars I absolutely would. This flower shop was not one I picked out of the phone book.I am in another state and used Teleflora on line When placing an order for flowers 9 times out of 10 its meant to be a surprise. I got a message from a lady (who is probably the same 'pitbull' referenced in other reviews) saying she needed to know if I was home to deliver flowers. It was nice working with Mrs. Reidel since she had been away taking care of her family. Flowers were delivered on time and so beautiful!

My flowers were delivered to my door step on an 80 degree day!! Luckily, my daughter was home from school early and they survived the heat and were not stolen from my door step. Never have I ever had flowers delivered and left on my door step! Crazy!!
