Great customer service
Unloading done in just 5 mins. FCFS. No apptt required for delivery. Friendly people.
Came into the store with 3 guys working & went up to the window and got ignored. Big guy sitting at the central desk I asked for a price. He told me to go to flooring I told him no one was there. He just ignored me. Phone ringing off the hook. Will take my big reno elsewhere.
Ill save the long and drawn out review for Ridout. The customer service here is next to nothing. Management does not return phone calls or emails, will not ever put the customer first and only operates because of contractors in the area. You are better off going to Home Depot and finding the supplies yourself than giving this "business" any of your business.
Just bought cedar there to build a planter. They were very helpful even for the small guy like me.
