I had an awesome experience with Ridout in Benton, AR. Josh & Ron went out of their way to assist with an item I needed to repair my countertop. Josh offered to personally stop by my home to bring me a part while he and Ron were in route to another one of their stores. I am grateful for their assistance. It is not often that anyone or any buisness go over and beyond the call of duty for a customer. They did not have to do it but they did! Thank you Josh, Ron & Ridout!

I have asked for a door quote 4 times, 3 with a salesperson and once by email over the course of weeks, I was told they would get back to me same day or next day and never heard back from anyone.....Asked if manager was available, was told he was in a meeting.....
Absolutely loved working with Jackie at Ridout. She was very personable, helpful and just an all around amazing person. Would recommend !
