poor move ridleys on Center Street in Orem, have amazing $5 friday deals and then not stock enough. Went in at 2 pm and every item on my list was already gone, didn't even get apology from manager COLT only got a "the ad says while supplies last" when you have an item listed at buy 10 at $5, or 3/$5 you would think they would stock up for the event. Glad I wasted my time and gas to come to your store a second time this week with all 4 of my children, already spent $150 on monday and had to come back friday for the dumbest id... read more
never got my rewards i ordered, so I think they are very dishonest- I have emailed them, no response- They are never going to give you the $50 gift card my so called points earned. Its all fake. and i have posted this comment before- and it disappeared - so someone loves to delete things that are the truth.
Great customer service! We recently pulled up to your 1600 State Store, it was about 6:30am, it was the same time the Store Manager, Ken, pulled up in his truck. We stopped him as he was walking into the store and asked if the store was open, he said "We open at 7am" "But you folks are welcome to come in". This was great because we were in a hurry to get on the road, we didn't have to go find another store that was open. Great customer service!! Thanks!!
1 star for ridleys! The manager Ken has no sense of what his job is there. He couldnt even make a cover letter. The employees are treated terribly! It was such a horrible atmosphere to work in! I remember when one of the employees father was passing, the manager made her still come to work! And they did not give her bereavement! Terrible company to work for! And every one that works there is unhappy and always angry! No team work no polite customer service! And unvalued employees.
