My partner and I went to Ridley’s west hills after visiting multiple bike shops throughout the day I had started feeling even more confused about what I was looking for in a bike. Then we met employee Jason Sweet with Ridley’s. He immediately listened to exactly what we were both hoping for. He provided informative, insightful information and education around which kind of bikes would best suit are needs and lifestyle. Huge shout out to Jason, we really appreciated all your work and knowledge.
Thanks to Ridleys Cycle Westhills. The service team helped me sourcing new tires for a rather odd size and happened to have it in stock for a quick replacement. We were also in to purchase a new bike for my son who had outgrown his old bike. Excellent sales support from Mike. He let my son try various sizes to make sure the fit was right. I bought my first fat bike, a Giant Yukon, at Ridley's Westhills last weekend and have already got 3 rides on it. Being brand new to fat biking, I appreciated the advice from Mike on the gear and setup and so far it's been working great. Price and service were very good.
Awesome store and super knowledgeable/helpful staff! Paul took his time to talk about all kinds of options for updating/fixing my old road bike. Even though my bike required some pretty exotic parts, they were able to get everything and install it in no time! Highly recommend!
The gents working here are always super helpful and take the time to figure out exactly what you need. They recently helped me score a QR axle for a trainer that I couldn’t find locally. 10/10 experience every time.
