Ridleys is a great bike store…very helpful and knowledgeable. We popped In and need two bike trailer hitch’s attached and they helped me and my wife out immediately. Did not charge us. Were so helpful and friendly. They are my go to bike shop…use to go to the downtown Ridleys (great shop) but since they opened Westhills (which is closer) I have been going there. Fantastic staff.
Took my bike in with what ended up being a pretty easy fix and was so impressed with the staff at Ridley Cycle Westhills! They were so friendly and knowledgeable and got me back on the road so quickly! Would recommend to anyone looking for service on their bike!

My experience at Ridley's Cycle- Westhills was absolutely fabulous! Josh was great and helped me find a very reasonably-priced bike - and all the necessary add-ons and upgrades (grips, racks, etc.) with ease. I went back last Friday for a couple of minor adjustments and am very impressed by the friendly, attentive, engaging and customer-focused people working there. I now have my 'perfect' ride and I would highly recommend Ridley's for anyone's cycling needs!
