Nice selection. Had a issue with service but they were quick to respond back to see about my service needs.
Ridleys is Great. Nice to see the shops busy again with the great weather. Brad the manager is the best ! Sales and service staff are always there to help you out !
By far the worst experience had in a bike shop in Calgary. Was just in the shop to purchase and ride a new bike for my daughter, the staff could not be bothered in the least. Lots of staff standing around and one guy doing sales. Save your time and money and go to Kensington location. It’s too bad that the bike we wanted was not available at there! Do better Ridleys!

I recently visited this bike store to have my vintage bike serviced, and I ended up purchasing a new bike thanks to the outstanding service I received from John. He was incredibly sincere, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for my needs. John took the time to explain everything related to bikes and parts, and his patience made the entire experience enjoyable.
