My experience at Ridley's Cycle- Westhills was absolutely fabulous! Josh was great and helped me find a very reasonably-priced bike - and all the necessary add-ons and upgrades (grips, racks, etc.) with ease. I went back last Friday for a couple of minor adjustments and am very impressed by the friendly, attentive, engaging and customer-focused people working there. I now have my 'perfect' ride and I would highly recommend Ridley's for anyone's cycling needs!
Brought my bike in to get a fluid flush and on my first ride I hear this rattle. Turns out both screws holding the caliper were not tightened at all, they were so loose I can use my fingers to turn them. I was lucky that I heard the noise almost immediately.
Rented two Trek Fuel EXe eBikes from Ridleys on Friday. The experience was very impressive. First, they confirmed that we had signed our waivers/etc. Then, they showed us the bikes, verified our weights, and proceeded to dial in the suspension, seat post, etc. They bled the brakes on one bike, set the tire pressure, and had us on our way.
