Was a big fan until my last service work. Simple tire replacement. 2 weeks later one was flat. I pulled it off and found the stem nut was half way up the valve stem and the stem was seperating from the tube. Found the other tire loose as well but not a much. I guess I wonder on the competance if a simple tire replacement bafels them. It was a MOnday, so they were closed. I went to another shop close to my home that was open and bought a new tube.
