We have been shoping for bikes, equipment, and clothing for decades. All staff that Ridley's hire are so friendly and very knowledgable. Bike service is amazing, too. They never try to up sell us. They sell us what we need not what they want to get out of inventory. Ridley's can be trusted for all of your cycling needs.
Very helpful personnel and they certainly know what they’re talking about. Reid helped me out to get a new mountain bike and he patiently took the time to explain to me all the various features people go for with mountain bikes, how the bikes compare at different price points, and made it relatable for my intended purpose. Very friendly and it’s easy to see they take what they do seriously.
I've bought bikes at a few of the bike shops in Calgary over the years. Pleased with my experience at Ridley's. The sales manager Jerome was able to help me fix an issue with my purchase and Joe in sales was great as well. Excellent customer service.
