Easily my favourite bike shop in the city. Been coming here for years and the sales and service staff are approachable, knowledgeable, and passionate about bikes. Highly recommend Ridleys to everyone from seasoned riders (road or mountain!), to first timer riders (or first in a long time), or parents simply shopping for their kids.
Bike repair scheduled within one week of calling. Estimate given by email, when dropping off, tech checks over bike and scope with you. Bike completed as scheduled and for price agreed on. It was a pleasure to get my bike repaired at Ridley's. I will definitely rake my bike back to them in the future.
